One day last week I wanted the "traditional" tomato soup and grilled cheese for lunch. But I also wanted to add something to the soup - rice or barley or something. So I boiled a pot of water and cooked up some ring-shaped macaroni (like the kind you get in spaghettio's) - except - I tipped the box too far and boiled more than I wanted!

So I added some to my soup and put the rest in a bowl in the fridge.

The next day I melted some butter in a saucepan and added some Taco Bell Mild Cheese Con Queso and tossed in the pre-cooked ring noodles. Not bad for a quick and different mac n' cheez......................
