I Am Looking For A Recipe That I Had Last Year. It Was Libbys Packed Pumpkin With Gingerbread Cake Mix. I Don't Remember The Rest Though, Can Anyone Help?

PUMPKIN PIE WITH GINGERBREAD CRUST

Using 2 boxes of ginger bread mix - prepare as directed and let cool completely.

For filling: combine 1 large box vanilla pudding, 1 large can pumpkin pie mix and a large cool whip (thawed) with 1/2 c. sugar; beat smooth and fluffy.

Break cooled cake into pieces reserving some to sprinkle on top.

Place crumbled cake in glass serving bowl, top with layer of pumpkin mix, repeat layers and sprinkle reserved cake crumbs on top.

Serve with additional cool whip, if desired.
