very easy today
Since I have a lot to do and not much time in the kitchen today - it's a very easy casserole!
I had diced cooked chicken in the freezer which I warmed in 2 cans cream of chicken soup and 1 can water while boiling sliced carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and frozen peas and corn. Drained well, added to chicken/soup and poured into casserole dish. Topped with day old crusty Italian bread cut into large cubes and dotted with butter; 350" F. for 25 minutes.
Served with a green salad and raspberry jello with pineapple chunks and whipped cream.
