Default odds and ends for lunch

I don't keep hotdogs in the freezer for more than a month - if that long. Hotdogs, sausage, ham and deli meats always get salty in the freezer. I had 2 hotdogs left from the pack I bought 2 weeks ago - the really big, fat ones, all beef and I think they are 1/4 lb. each.

And when I buy certain deli meats, because I use them for salads, etc. sometimes I get them sliced 1/2 - 3/4-inch thick. And I had one slice of ham off the bone sliced 3/4-inch thick leftover from the holiday salads sitting in the fridge.

So I chunked the hotdogs and diced the ham and skillet fried them together in just a bit of olive oil; added the baked beans that I made (and froze the rest) 2 weeks ago.

Served it for lunch with caraway rye and green bean/vinaigrette salad.
