quickie lunch

Dinner is later and a good tummy-warming lunch is just fine - especially since Mother Nature won't stop dumping snow and shoveling at least 3 times a day is the norm lately!

Steamed sliced kielbasa and chunked carrots until tender (the carrots still have a bit of a bite to them); in separate pan heated sauerkraut (well drained and rinsed) in 1 c. chicken bouillon, fresh cracked black pepper an caraway; added cooked kielbasa and carrots.

Rye bread for soppin'!
