spaghetti and meatballs the easy way

Just a typical Italian Thrusday meal (pastas on Thursdays and Sundays was always a family tradition!) - spaghetti and meatballs and I got to cheat when making it. Since I make meatballs for the freezer and I can my own sauce I will have a great meal in no time.

While the water is boiling to cook the spaghetti, the meatballs will be heating in the sauce.

And because I like to keep a bowl of salad mix around - it will be very easy to assemble a salad to go with dinner.

I always have Italian bread - that is a definite staple around here. This loaf is frozen so I can thaw it in the oven and even make garlic bread on the thick slices. Shredded mozzarella is an option.

I got off easy today!
