Default cheater day!

Today I get to cheat!!!

Homemade soup - and I get to use my frozen broth that I made not long ago. To it I will add carrot chunks, sliced celery - when tender - frozen peas and corn. Homemade noodles - flour, salt, egg, water, cut nice and on the thicker side (chewy noodles!) cook in the broth till done. (one pot!)

I bought some chicken breasts at the butcher - I'll cut into fingers and dredge in seasoned flour/crackers and bake; and I'll make my own McD's chicken wraps - flour tortillas, shredded lettuce, shredded Cheddar and Monterey with bleu cheese dressing!

Chocolate pie for dessert! Homemade pie crust - baked and cooled. Two boxes of instant chocolate pudding, 1 1/2 c. whole milk, 1 small tub cool whip, thawed. Combine pudding mix and milk, fold in cool whip, spread in pie crust and refrigerate.
