Sunday morning breakfast

Tomorrow I will make a special breakfast -

8 eggs
1/3 C. sour cream
2 C. Monterey Jack and extra-sharp Cheddar cheeses, grated
salt and pepper to taste
diced ham

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs until frothy, add sour cream, mixing well. Stir in cheeses, salt and pepper, and ham. Pour into a greased 8x8 baking pan. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until casserole doesn't wobble when jiggled.

Thick sliced Italian bread toasted and jam!
