what are you having for Easter?

Today is Easter (for those that celebrate it).

What are you having for dinner today? A traditional ham or a roast? Making something special.

It's just us today because our dinner guests are out of town this weekend so we will celebrate our Easter dinner later this week when they get back. All their Easter baskets are made and their Easter gifts are wrapped and waiting for them. So it's not really much of an Easter for us today. Stovepipe macaroni and meatballs with a salad and Italian bread sounds good for dinner.

When we have our Easter dinner it will be ham, potatoes, veggies, salad and desserts. Then I will make the jello eggs and the favorites we enjoy.

What are you doing for Easter??
