Skillet fried pork steaks in a bit of olive oil, fresh garlic and parsley, salt and pepper.

Boiled sweet potatoes until tender, chunked and tossed in melted butter, salt and pepper.

Corn bread and corn bread dressing - made one large pan used more than half for dressing with celery, onions, peppers, seasonings, broth.

Applesauce (I love to dip pork in applesauce.)

Chocolate pudding with cool whip for dessert.
