Default Sunday is Mother's Day - what are you having?

Sunday is Mother's Day - and this weekend I plan I making what mom wants!

Tomorrow - oven-barbecued spareribs, corn on the cob, antipasto loaded with all her favorites, baked beans with bacon

Sunday - breakfast: Ham and cheese omelet with toast

Dinner: Southern fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, buttered carrots and corn soup, corn bread - chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and a banana cream pie for dessert.

what's everyone else making??
