fish and garbage plates

Yesterday being Friday - it was a typical no-meat day so I made the typical fish fry:

Breaded haddock, deep fried; macaroni and potatoe salad; coleslaw, lemon wedges, rye bread and butter.

I made sure to make enough potato, macaroni salads and coleslaw so that today we could have "garbage plates" - hot dogs, hamburgers, the salads, coleslaw and baked beans.
