bacon cheeseburgers

Today it was ground round seasoned with salt, pepper, parsley, garlic - formed into patties and skillet fried in olive oil with garlic cloves; topped with Cheddar and bacon on toasted kaisers with lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo and a spoon of BBQ sauce and a splach of hot sauce.

Fried taters and onions; beets and garbanzos in red wine vinaigrette.
