sloppy joes - my way

The hoagie rolls looked good today at the supermarket - so it's sloppy joes and green salad with a vidalia onion dressing.

For the joes - ground round, garlic, parsley, minced fresh vidalia onions, salt, pepper, ketchup and BBQ sauce....open-faced with chopped vidalia onion and shredded cheddar on top!

For the salad - iceberg and romaine, cukes, radishes, tomatoes, vidalia onions.

For the dressing -
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. white vinegar
grated vidalia onion
