Really Big Juicy Burgers

[Southern Belle 2067]

1 (11.5-oz) can tangy vegetable juice ( V- is the best
3 white sandwich bread slices, torn into pieces
3 lbs.. ground round
1 large egg
1-1/2 tsp salt
10 large hamburger buns, sesame topped
Enough margarine to spread on the buns

Heat the grill to 350 to 400 degrees.

Heat the vegetable juice pour over the bread pieces mix well, let cool. Combine the vegetable juice mixture, ground round and the next 3 ingredients, shape into 10 patties.

Grill patties covered with the lid of the grill down, until the patties are no longer pink in the center.

Spread the buns with margarine, put the buns cut side down, grill for 2 minutes or until lightly browned.

We also have these at a picnic or the cookout they are so good and juicy.
