good, good burgers!
Not sure of what is for dinner today - but I know what we are having for lunch!
Ground round with minced onion, minced red and green bell pepper, fresh garlic, fresh parsley, salt and cracked black pepper; made big! Skillet fried in a bit of olive oil with garlic cloves, thin sliced onion rings.
Served on lightly toasted bulkies (egg roll) topped with monterey jack, pepper jack, fried onions, bacon slices, lettuce, tomato and mayo.
Oven baked potato slices - wash taters; slice 1/4-inch thick; toss in bowl with olive oil, slat, pepper, garlic, parsley and bake on lightly greased baking sheet until done. Sprinkle with grated cheddar and return to oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
Pepperoncini and olives.
Large and filling lunches are nice - then I can cook "easy" for dinner! LOL
