A fall dinner.....

Although it's still a bit on the "warmer" side you can still feel fall in the air. So today it's a perfect fall meal -

Pork chops (bone-in) skillet fried in olive oil, seasoned with fresh garlic and parsley, salt and pepper; when done, add drained and rinsed sauerkraut and caraway - heat through.

Served with steamed potatoes and carrots; hot rye bread.

Easy apple pies for dessert - it's still too warm for the oven - so I'll make them in the Xpress 101 - apple filled flour tortilla shells. Drizzle with icing when done.
