Sloppy Joe Crescent Bake
2 cans crescent rolls 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 can sloppy joe sauce 2 c. shredded cheddar and montery jack cheese
Spray a 12x8 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Press 1 can of rols over bottom of dish, pressing to seal perforations. cook ground beef in a skillet until done. Drain. Stir in sloppy joe sauce. Spread over rolls. Top evenly with cheese. Top with other cans of rolls, pressing to seal perforations. Bake at 350 about 20 miutes or until golden brown.
I made this last night and served with corn on the cob and cole slaw. My 10 yr. old grandson loved it! I have also made it using a jar of cheese sauce instead of the sloppy joe sauce and cheese. You could also use an 8 oz. can of tomato sauce and a pkg. of dry sloppy joe mix instead of the canned sauce.
