Pork for dinner

Very easy to make and very good!

Thick cut pork chops, skillet fried in olive oil, fresh garlic, salt, pepper and fresh parsley.

Mashed potatoes - taters, sour cream, butter, salt, pepper, milk.

Corn - buttered.

Dressing: One loaf of homemade bread - (store bought bread, stuffing cubes, etc. are absolutely no match! must be homemade bread) - broken into pieces. Saute onion, peppers, celery, season, add broth and bread; transfer to oven.

Since we do not like pork gravy I made gravy using chicken bouillon.

Very tasty! Very popular around here!
