Question Easter Dinner?

We usually have either a baked ham or roast leg of lamb for Easter dinner. This year, I am still undecided and Easter is less than 2 weeks away. Eek! I need to plan the menu and the family have expressed an interest in exploring new side dishes (beside the usual smashed garlic-roast potatoes, peas and tossed salad. Guess I'm in a rut there).

I don't want to make a disaster, so, what I am hoping for is some Tried-and-True recipes for side dishes that would go with these meats.

Would anyone want to share their favorite delicious recipes for Tried-And-True side dishes for either ham or leg of lamb?

Default Re: Easter Dinner?

Have you checked out the Easter thread in the Recipe Exchange?

Also - type in sides in search - we have several threads devoted to just sides dishes!

Hope that helps!

No I have not; am not computer-savvy enough to have learned all of the features of this site...yet. Thanks to the patience and advice of people like you, I am learning!

And... if anyone has a T-n-T recipe that would go with ham or lamb that they would like to post here anyway, I would still be very happy to see them! Thanks again!
