a mini-St. Joseph's Day meal

It's snowing - too cold to go to the St. Paddy's Day parade - and St. Joseph's Day is coming.

So today we are making a mini-St. Joseph's Day meal -

I made my St. Joseph's bread this morning. And made a big pot of sauce; pasta and beans will go in it.

Made my salad - just need to make the dressing.

Italian cookies are calling my name - so I'll of course sneak some with tea before dinner!

Ricotta pie.

I'm happy!
