Default It's St. Joseph's Day!

It's still Lent, and it's Wednesday and it is St. Joseph's Day which means it is definitely a fish-eating day.

Breaded haddock - baked in the oven.

Cheese filled tortellini (seems like I'm making them bigger as I get older!) in garlic-cream sauce.

Salad of fresh greens with olive oil/wine vinegar vinaigrette; seasonings.

St. Joseph's Day bread (the staff of St. Joseph)

Italian ricotta cookies.

Italian cheesecake.

Cannolis.
