Holy week is hard to plan many menus - Wednesday and Good Friday are meatless days.

Today I will just grill some burgers and serve with gravy, mushrooms and onions.

Fried potatoes sound good.

Nothing fancy but still filling.

Salmon patties are great for meatless days! I love salmon patties!!!
