Default Simple meal

Very simple meal today -

Chicken thighs (I ripped the skins off), heavily seasoned with a BBQ spice mix I came up with. Roasted taters, onions and red peppers with a light drizzle of olive oil. Green peas. Biscuits.

Did you just grill the chicken, or bake? Nice meal overall!
