E-Z BBQ Chops

Too hot for the oven and I still wanted BBQ chops with my BBQ spice seasoning. So I did it on the stove top; served with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob.

Just rub you chops; skillet fry in olive oil; re-season with BBQ seasoning as needed - to taste.

And don't forget to sprinkle some on your corn!
