way too hot to cook!

It's so hot and humid that cooking is not what I want to do today! BUT you do what you have to do..................

I've got polish kielbasa that will be cooked in George Forman - it will cook in no time in there!
Two salads - one of greens with viniagrette dressing and bean salad with beets in it.

Crusty Italian bread for sopping up the dressings.

For dessert - orange sherbet surrounded with chunks of cantaloupe, seedless green grapes, sliced strawberries - very refreshing and nice and light.

Plenty of iced tea!
