Default "cool" dinner

Since I had to spend so much time outside today cleaning up and doing the lawn, I didn't have much time (or energy) to really cook a meal.

And it's meatless Friday -

so I stuffed tomatoes with a tuna/celery/onion/bread/vinaigrette combination served on a healthy bed of lettuce (sprinkled with more vinaigrette) - very filling!

Crusty French bread helped to sop up some of the vinaigrette.

Pepper salad on the side.
