I cheated today -

I'm impatiently waiting for the fall to come - and the past couple days have been so hot and humid. not easy to make a nice sunday meal.

But I lucked out today - I had leftover turkey drumsticks and chicken drumsticks which I warmed in BBQ sauce. Added a nice loaded salad, some crusty French bread and it was easy, didn't require all day cooking at the stove and a very easy mess to clean up.

Dessert - ice cream served on a piece of homemade cake (frozen portions from a cake I made 2 weeks ago).

I have been craving barbeque chicken, and that sounds good....I may even put the chicken on a salad
