Friday - fish day
It won't stop snowing - and you all know that each morning I drive intot he city to get the babies on the bus for school -
By 4:30 this morning their lunches were made - and I was out the door - shoveling again. It just won't stop.
Their mom leaves the house after 5:30 to catch her shuttle (school bus aide) and it's still snowing.
Time for the kids to get on the bus - winds are howling - total white out. Can't see 3 houses away. Get the kids in the car and clean it off. Try to make it to the bus stop - no way. Take them back home and wait for mom's morning run to end.
Mom is going to work this afternoon - so I have to watch them till she gets home.
so I have double the cooking to do -
for my house - breaded fish - oven baked with a large loaded salad and potato bread.
for their house - fried chicken and mac and cheese. Kids choice.
Ao now - back to shoveling - gotta get there on time...............
