Tonight's dinner will be Osso Bucco and Risotto Milanese. If I waited for cool weather to have these kinds of winter comfort foods I would never get to have them.

reminds me of growing up - summer months it would be near 100 and the oven was still on baking bread everyday - if not - you had no bread - and that was like a mortal sin
we still bake bread (quite frequently too in the summer) just about every day - but we do it way before dawn - it's cooler (sometimes)
