pork steaks

Today it's eye round, gravy, pork steaks, mashed potatoes, candied sweet potatoes, buttered peas, corn, applesauce, bean salad, olive salad and a large green salad and of course - crusty French bread, and biscuits.

I baked a chocolate cake, white frosting and red, white, and blue sprinkles for the holiday and made a cheesecake. Jello and fruit parfaits are also setting up in the fridge. Whipped cream and ice cream and toppings for anyone who wants them.

Just have to make 3 "quickie" pies - banana cream, chocolate cream and custard.

Plenty of foods today for plenty of people.
