Reuben Loaf

It's a recipe I got off the Internet somewhere, but I can't remember which site. Just Thousand Island Dressing spread on a bed of White flour/Whole wheat flour/Rye four dough and topped with sliced corned beef, some slices of cheese (I used Swiss) and topped with sauerkraut with the edges of the dough cut into strips and pulled over the top to make an open laced package.
It's pretty good, especially with a bit of mustard brushed on top of the warm loaf when served.
