Pork Steaks

Since I was craving brownies yesterday and I needed cocoa, in passing the meat counter I found a nice big pack of pork steaks for today's dinner.

Skillet fried with loads of fresh garlic, salt, pepper and minced parsley.

I've got a large pan of onions on (those were on sale so I grabbed a 10 lb. bag) to caramelize (we don't like pork gravy and caramelized onions will be great with this).

Sour cream mashed potatoes, steamed carrots, applesauce - sounds good to me!

According to me it is really nice to have such meal which is very tempting as, whatever the suffs are prepared with fresh garlic, parsley or fresh coriander with some green chillies, black pepper just tastes awesome and also it gives you the mind blowing flavour too.

As pork steaks are no doubt a very good option also, it can also can also be prepared with salamis and sausages too which is mind blowing.
