Easy oven baked BBQ chicken
I'd like to share one of Mom's recipes. This is the easiest chicken you can make and tastes great! This is perfect for those days when you just don't want to cook.
Chicken pieces (any style, even frozen boneless/skinless works well)
Ketchup
Worcestershire Sauce
Brown Sugar
Lemon, Sliced into rings
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put chicken into a glass baking dish. Pour ketchup generously over the chicken. Sprinkle a little Worcestershire Sauce over the ketchup. Sprinkle brown sugar to taste on top of the chicken. Put one lemon slice on top of each piece of chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. If using frozen boneless/skinless chicken bake at 350 degrees for 1½ hours. This chicken is good hot and even better the next day cold. It is also great for taking on picnics.
