Default Re: Tuscan Sausage and White Bean Soup

Whenever I make this soup, I have to buy enough groceries to make 2 batches, because I know once I make it I will want more soon. So I have the ingredients on hand. Recently I found out the hard way about making my own soups, so I will be looking for a lot more really good soup recipes... I had THAT BUG thats been going around. so for about 10 days I lived on canned soup... well when my doc same me I was headed to the hospital but not for the bug.. I had so much salt it triggered edema and I was in congestive heart failure... in 1 week they knocked off 12 lbs of water weight just by doubling diuretics.. so skip the canned stuff. Make big batches of a good soup recipe and freeeze some for when you just can not cook.
