Sesame Chicken

3 lb. chicken pieces
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
2 t. salt
1 1/2 t. paprika
1/4 t. pepper
1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1 cup butter

1. Dip chicken into slightly beaten eggs mixed with milk.
2. Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, paprika, pepper, nuts, and
sesame seeds. Dredge chicken in flour mixture.
3. Melt butter in shallow baking pan. Put coated chicken pieces in pan,
turning to butter both sides.
4. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, turn pieces over and bake for
additional 30 minutes or until tender :
