Default Peek-A-Boo-Chops

Title: Peek-A-Boo Pork Chops

Description:
One day I was just looking for something differant to do with Pork Chops. This is what I came up with in my own little brain. They are so good and tender this way. I hope you all enjoy these this way as well.

Ingredients:

Pork Chops (as many as you want)
2 large onions, sliced (sauteed in butter or margarine, untill brown)
Mushrooms (whole or sliced, sauteed in butter or margarine) , as many as you desire
Eggs ( needed for dipping)
Flour ( needed for dipping)
Crushed Potato Chips and Rice Krispies (combined for breading)
Seasonings (whatever you desire)
2cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cans , Milk

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350*

1. Dip chops in seasoned flour, then in eggs, and then in the chip cereal mixture until well coated. Fry (medium heat) in oil on both sides till crispy and golden brown on both sides.

2. Whisk soups and milk together in bowl till smooth like gravy while chops are browning.

3. Add Sauteed mushrooms and onions.

4. Pour enough soup mixture to cover the bottom of a 13x9 inch baking dish.

5. Put the fried chops on top of the soup mixture in the baking dish. Pour rest of soup mixture on top of chops, making sure they are completely covered.

6. Bake in oven for 1 to 1-1/2 hours, or the top is a nice golden brown.

7. Serve with some nice baked potatoes with some sour cream and grated cheese, and you will think your in heaven with your chops just melting in your mouth.......

8. ENJOY !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Number Of Servingsepends on how many chops each person eats !!
