Parmeasan Toasted Chicken

PARMEASAN TOASTED CHICKEN

Thawed Chicken pieces
3/4 cup grated Parmeasan Cheese
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups bread crumbs
1/4 cup dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic or 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Mix crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper, garlic (I use a freezer bag makes it like a shake and bake type mix). Dip chicken into melted butter, then in crumbs. Place on foil covered cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes. Crisp under broiler until golden brown
