English Muffin Snacks

2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonaisse
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
3 Tbsp chopped stuffed green olives
1 tsp chopped capers
6 English Muffins, split
Parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients except muffins. Spread evenly on muffin halves; sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Quarter each half. Freeze if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
