Default Nussmasse (croation jelly roll)

First
Mix tog.1/2 cup flour
1tsp.cinnamon
1/3 cup finely ground walnuts
second
4 egg whites beat until stiff,gradually add 1/3 cup sugar,beat till very stiff
third
4 slightly beaten egg yolks
add 1tsp.vanilla
2tbs.sugar
1/2 tsp.lemon extract,and mix well
last
2 tbs vegetable oil

method.
Fold egg yolk mixture into egg white mixture,then fold in floud mixture,lastly
the oil.
Spread evenly into 10x15 well greased pan.
Bake 350 oven about 15 min.
Prepare a clean cloth by generously sifting with icing sugar.
When cake is done,turn out ontocloth immediately and roll up,cloth and all
Let cool completely,when cool unroll and spread with favourite filling
(my favourite is lemon pie filling SO GOOD)
Roll back up without cloth and dust with icing sugar.
This is an excellent jelly roll. ENJOY.
