Default Veggies - my way

We enjoy steamed (until crisp-tender) potatoes (white and/or sweet), onions, carrots, broccoli florets, cauliflower florets, snap peas - any veggies - any mixture -

then drain and transfer to hot skillet with a drizzle of olive oil - season with any herbs, salt and pepper. Continue cooking.

Enjoy!

What kind of seasonings do you usually use?

Hi Rachael -

It all depends - if I am having rosemary chicken/pork - I will sprinkle rosemary - for instance. I always use salt and pepper, garlic and parsley. You can even use Mrs. Dash's salt-free seasoning if you want.
