Tuna Fish Casserole.

This is easy and very cheap....our family love it.

Slice potatoes into a baking dish,
layer with sliced tomatoes and flaked tuna fish
Final layer with potato.
Pour can of mushroom soup over the top....or tomato soup, whichever you prefer.

Put the lid on the baking dish and cook until the potatoes are soft. You can grill it to crisp up the potatoes on the top, but either way it is lovely!

Never tried this with tomatoes - usually noodles! Gonna try it.
