Hazelnut Wheat Bread
1 cup water (70* to 80*)
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. butter, softened
3 tbsp. toasted wheat germ
2 Tbsp. mashed potato flakes
1 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk
1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
1 tsp. salt
1-1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup bread flour
1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
1-1/2 tsp. active dry yeast.
In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer, choose crust color and loaf size. Bake according to bread machine directions, ( check dough after 5 minutes of mixing add 1 to 2 tbsp. spoons of water or flour if needed).
