A very easy cake -

This is so easy to make and it's great for any holiday - just substitute different flavored gelatin! We can't eat cake mixes in my house so I use my homemade cake mix - and I follow my homemade recipe instructions - adding an additional egg to the recipe.

1 1 pound, 2 oz pkg white cake mix

1 6 oz pkg orange flavored gelatin mix

4 eggs

3/4 cup vegetable oil

3/4 cup water

4 tsp vanilla extract



Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease and flour a 10 inch bundt pan

In a large bowl, stir together gelatin and cake mixes. Add eggs, oil, water and vanilla. Mix on high speed for 3 minutes. Pour the batter into the bundt pan.

Bake for about 35 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.
