Low-Carb Recipes
I am on the South Beach, low-carb diet, and am looking for lots of recipes that have 15 carbs or under. I don't like fish or goat cheese, but other than that, anything goes.
Spaghetti is my downfall, but I have found a good substitute. Spaghetti squash - its a great replacement. I cut it in half a cook it in the microwave till it's done. Using a fork, pull the flesh away from the skin...it does look like spaghetti, put it in a large bowl, add a little bit of olive oil and some marinara sauce, and voila...guilt free spaghetti!
