Rhonda's bread
This is another of my my daughters recipes that is requested at every BBQ or pot luck dinner. A must try!
1 loaf sour dough french bread, cut bread length wise
Mix altogether in a bowl
2 cans artichoke hearts packed in water, drained and chopped medium to fine.
2 cans black olives drained and chopped.
1 bunch green onions chopped using some of the green tops
5 fresh med. cloves of garlic chopped fine
1 tub fresh parmesan cheese grated fine
Add Best foods or Hillmans mayo (enough to make it THICK but yet creamy)
Place both halves of bread face up on a cookie sheet. Spread mixture on top of bread using all the mixture. Bake around 400 degrees, watch very close while bread is in the oven. Bread is ready when it starts to brown slightly and becomes bubbly. Let sit about 5 minutes or so before cutting it into slices
