Angel Hair Pasta in Garlic Sauce

1 pkg. (16 oz. ) Capellini (angel hair ) pasta
1/4 cup good quality olive oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

1.Cook pasta as directed on package
2.While pasta is cooking, heat oil in 10 inch skillet over medium heat.
3.Cook parsley and garlic in oil, stiring frequently as not to burn but until garlic is golden.
4.Drain pasta , mix with garlic mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Add salad and bread for a complete meal
