Foil Potatoes

5 medium size potatoes diced
5 slices bacon
1 onion diced
5 pats of butter
salt
pepper
5 squares aluminum foil

Place diced potatoes and onions in a bowl and mix. On one square of aluminum foil place a piece of bacon folded in half in the center of the foil. Take a double handfull of potatoes and place on bacon. Add 1 pat of butter to the top and salt and pepper to taste. Bring the four corners of the foil together and twist together to make it look like a big hershey kiss. Place on a medium heat grill for about 30 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Enjoy
