I had this at a friend's house - couldn't be easier to make!


Prepare a butter recipe cake mix and place in 13 X 9-inch pan.

Beat 3 eggs, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 t. vanilla and 15 oz. ricotta cheese - which will be a bit watery.

Evenly spread over cake batter and bake 350 till done.

The cheese sinks as the cake bakes.

Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and cut into squares.

That's it! Easy!
