Copycat Dairy Queen Hard Chocolate Sauce

Perfect for you summer ice cream sundaes!

6 ounces chocolate chips
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1/4 cup corn oil

In a double boiler melt chips and butter together. When melted, add oil. To serve, pour the sauce over ice cream and it will harden in a couple seconds.

Makes 1 1/2 cups.

    I’ve never used the oil but will try that.
    Try adding a splash of vanilla once everything has melted.

    Sounds delicious. I have never used oil in a chocolate sauce before but will give it a go.
